I have heard about Rotten Neighbor before and have been to the site a few times. Seeing the New Ipswich Police on this site was not so much shocking as it was earned by them. For years of doing nothing they have indeed earn the spot as ROTTEN NEIGHBOR of New Ipswich, NH. Congratulations! Someone said to me that it didn’t involve a CNN headline so…and it was not illegal alien graffiti either- So why bother.
