So if you’re ever aggressively assaulted or attacked by a dog in New Ipswich you had better have a good reason for that dog attacking you. Chances are in New Ipswich NH if you try to protect yourself from an aggressive dog that leaves his property, even when you’re a female with your young daughter you will be held accountable and even arrested! No, you will be arrested, unless you go to the police station and beg that you did nothing wrong and tell them you’re sorry. A local who was also assaulted on Stowell Rd did this she told me and charges were not filed. This I believe is the attitude held by this police dept or at least an individual officer. However, when the chief knows about the attack and doesn’t call off his dog, then as far as I am concerned it’s the position of the entire department. Actually, what I am talking about is a house on Stowell Rd that has had numerous documented complaints against a dog that is sometimes contained by an invisible fence (I have the complaints). You know when the batteries die in the collar the dog knows it. unfortunately the owners don’t. Even when told, they still don’t know it. What I can tell you is the New Ipswich Police Department has issues when it comes to protecting the general public from aggressive dogs. So please beware if you’re going to protect yourself from an aggressive dog in this town, you’d better kill the dog and bury the body because you’ll be answering a lot of foolish questions if you don’t. P.S if any of the dogs in a house that contains the aggressive dog was given to the family as a gift by the town or by a charitable organization, you are screwed (Any questions let me know). All in all you end up paying thousands of dollars in legal fees, just to protect your good name. You know we have the $ but the cops make shit especially in New Ipswich, so maybe a little slap down of the better off may have happened here to the attacked individuals.

Yes, never tell the investigating officer that you’d call the cops on his dog even when he tells you face to face that his dog barks all day long. Ok, by now you’re wondering the weapon used against the aggressive dog. It it was cider vinegar and water in a $1.99 spray bottle. Yes that’s it. However according to the officer it looked like pepper spray, which by the way is legal anyway. Of course… we make our own pepper spray…what a loser! Officer would you like to take the bottle that was used as evidence to test for pepper? “NO that won’t be necessary.” Apparently the case is better for the cops when they don’t want the court to know what was actually in the bottle, since a cop knows pepper when he smells it. I’m here to tell you he knows nothing and I would consider him quite dangerous with a smug all knowing attitude like that. Remember you can always bring the shovel back to the store afterward, but you’ll probably need it more than once in thius town. So do the town and your own police force a favor and quit, or get the hell off your high horse, because you’re making the rest of the force look bad.
