New Ipswich Police Puzzled by Spray Painted Roads.

Celebrating graduation and defacing public property are not usually 2 things that town officials would put up with, unless you live in New Ipswich, NH. Ghetto graffity like spray painting done by really bad artist engross the streets of this small town every year. The New Ipswich Police do not seem to be able to stop street graffiti 20×20 foot in size even 100 ft down from town hall and their own police station. They are either incompetent and do not seem to the exhibit the highy trained skills needed for such a incredibly difficult job, or they don’t care and are catering to the long time town locals and ignoring the requests of transplants to stop it. Perhaps there are other reasons us simpletons do not understand. Trying to sell your home becomes even more difficult when someones name the size of a billboard is spray painted on the road next to your home “BOBBY 2007″
